Baby at 33 Weeks Pregnant
Your baby’s brain is developing and now able to regulate his temperature and regulating his breathing. At this point his lungs are almost ready for breathing. If he was born now, he’d only need minimal medical support.
At around 5 pounds, 7 ounces, your baby is about ⅘ the weight of a fully-grown Chihuahua (or ⅕ of a Daschund). If you need to paws after reading that, we’ll be here when you are ready to move on.

Is she constantly peeing? If so, it’s because there’s lots of pressure on her abdomen.
Along with the urge to urinate around the clock, she’ll have a hard time walking. And sitting. And standing. And sleeping. Do your best to keep her comfortable. You know her better than anyone else!
So if you take nothing else away from this week’s update, note this: pack your hospital bag, dude. Baby may not show up for awhile, but this is a great one to cross off the list.

Throw in a book. Maybe the one you’ve been wanting to get around to for the last 2 years.
Talk to her about who she’d like to be in the delivery room when it’s go time. Probably not your mom. Or your uncle Ted.
